Representative experience includes advising:

  • Samba Financial Group, Riyadh Bank and Banque Saudi Fransi, as lead arrangers in respect of a SR3 billion credit facility for Kingdom Holding Company.
  • The lenders on the refinancing of Al-Waha Petrochemical Limited’s debt through a SAR1,964 million ijarah facility and SAR375 million murabaha facility.
  • Al Rajhi Banking and Investment Corporation, Samba Financial Group, The National Commercial Bank and The Saudi Investment Bank on the SR4.3 billion financing for the shopping mall management arm of the largest owner and operator of shopping malls in Saudi Arabia.
  • Samba Financial Group and Al-Rajhi Bank on the SR1,900 million Islamic bridge facilities and long-term refinancing made available to Limitless LLC for the acquisition of real estate assets in Saudi Arabia.
  • The lenders to Archirodon group NV on the admission of two Saudi obligors to its US$301 million syndicated loan facility.
  • Saudi Basic Industries Corporation on its SR5 billion sukuk issue.
  • Saudi Electricity Company, as borrower, in relation to a SR4.1 billion facility to finance the purchase of power generation units from General Electric.
