Salah is an Associate at Zamakhchary & Co. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the Shari’ah Department of Imam Mohammad Bin Saud University and he subsequently received an LLM degree from Wake Forest University.
With excellent English and Arabic language skills, Salah works across both the Litigation and Commercial Advisory departments. His experience includes reviewing and drafting a range of commercial agreements and documents, including franchise agreements, lease agreements, loan agreements, corporate governance bylaws, minutes of meetings and resolutions, ensuring that he has a solid understanding of commercial relationships and corporate governance matters.
Within the litigation team, Salah is involved in attending hearings and drafting submissions for significant cases including the enforcement of a US$30 million foreign arbitral award, and representing a major telecommunications company in multiple actions raised against it.
Abdulaziz is an Associate at the firm. Prior to joining Zamakhchary & Co he worked with Saudi Aramco as a Civil Engineer, obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals. Abdulaziz went on to receive his JD from John Marshall Law School, Chicago.
Having a solid foundation in technical evaluation of issues, as well as excellent English and Arabic language skills, Abdulaziz provides excellent research and drafting capabilities across both the Commercial Advisory and Litigation departments.
His recent experience includes acting for a high net worth individual in relation to a complex construction litigation proceedings, Bugshan Investment Company on its exit from a joint venture company, including drafting the conditional transfer agreement, an international group on a proposed contract with a Saudi governmental entity and the banks on the proposed project financing to Ports Development Company for the development of King Abdullah Port.
Faisal Imam is an Associate in the Commercial Advisory department at Zamakhchary & Co, where his particular strength lies in corporate advisory and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm he worked as a Company Secretarial Assistant at Prudential Plc in London in the areas of Board Support and Corporate Governance. In this position he was responsible for supporting all aspects of the organisation of the Prudential plc Board and Board Committee meetings and had sole responsibility for the Board of Prudential Corporation Asia.
Faisal received his law degree (LLB) from the University of Portsmouth and he subsequently received an LLM in International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation (with Merit) from the University of Warwick.
As a fully bilingual associate, Faisal acts as a core liaison with the commercial litigators and supports in the preparation of English language material and updates to international clients.
Alanoud is a Trainee Associate at the firm.
Prior to joining the firm she worked as a Legal Intern at Legal Intern Baker & McKenzie’s Riyadh office for eight months.
Alanoud has completed a Bachelor’s degree in International Law & Legal studies at Prince Sultan University.
